The Welsh place name Glasallt Fawr,
meaning big blue woods on a hill, is
derived from the large woods on site
which are smothered with bluebells in
the summer. Glasallt Fawr is situated
between the market town of Llandovery
and the village of Llangadog, overlooking
beautiful Welsh countryside.

This 90 acre farm has five households
and offers adults with learning disabilities
the opportunity to live and work together,
in a homely setting. It provides a safe
environment and meaningful work, allowing
each individual to contribute to the best
of their ability and suited to their
individual needs and interests.
