A Youth Hostelling trip to Ironbridge


A small group went on a Youth Hostelling trip to Ironbridge in July 2007 for a few days.

Ironbridge has many indoor and outdoor museums so there was plenty to do.

It was a fun filled weekend where we visited the museums, had packed lunches and picnics and
meals in the local pubs.Everyone enjoyed themselves very much.

On the Sunday we went to the Victorian village which everyone enjoyed.
There were actors in the museum to bring it all to life and made the experience even more enjoyable

We attended the Victorian School and experienced an old fashioned school lesson which was good fun.
