Our Team

Each house has an experienced Manager who is registered with CSSIW and qualified to NVQ level 4. They are supported by a dedicated team of support workers and young volunteers.

The Operations Manager is also registered with CSSIW as the Responsible Individual and is supported by her PA/Admin Assistant, Finance Manager, Facilities Manager and Residents' Administrator.

We have an in-depth recruitment policy that ensures each member of staff is vetted and recruited appropriately.

Every member of staff is required to complete a full enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check and minimum two references are obtained.

What's going on...

Summer Fayre

In June we held our Summer Fair. This is organised by the residents their families and friends and staff at Glasallt. It was opened by the Mayor of Llandovery.

Butlins

In April most of residents went to Butlins in Minehead for a long weekend.
